History

The history of TurkuazAviation goes back to June 2006, when I started my first website as a Bravehost subdomain'. Until 2008, I have tested many ideas and in December 2008, the current domain was purchased. Earlier that year, two .tk domains were registered for testing purposes. 

At the end of 2010, the website went down for a big maintenance and update in information. Due to lack of time, the maintenance and website update were postponed for unknown period. In this period, I continued collection information for the website, but didn't put anything on the web and finally in July 2011, the website came back on-line with some limited information. The website will contain limited information about the history of Turkish aviation, Turkish carriers, airports and air crashes involving Turkish airliners. The aircraft register will be added later, with the launch of a whole new website, planned for early 2012.

Partners

For one person, it is almost impossible to find and verify all information needed for this website. Therefore, we need people who want to contribute to our website, by sending pictures, information or other kind of stuff we can use on our website.
